Prof. Dr. Roland Springer

After his organization studies in Germany and France Roland Springer began his career at the universities of Darmstadt and Göttingen with researches about the technical-organizational alteration in automobile industry, in machine construction and in the chemical industry. After this he was active for more than ten years in the Daimler AG. Lastly as supervisor of Labor Organization and Improvement Management.

He is the author of many articles and several books on Lean Management and Change Management. His last book was published in 2009 under the title “Survival of the Fittest. How top performers improve with lean management at the time their efficiency and the culture of leadership.”

Professor Springer teaches Lean Management and Change Management at the State University of Tübingen and the Private Steinbeis-University Berlin.

He founded IIM in year 2000.
